Standing for Iowa Families and Small Business.

Iowa values with common sense business experience.

I'm a life-long Iowan and small business owner. I'm running because we need rural Iowa to be prioritized in the Statehouse.

We have a long tradition in this state of caring for our neighbors -

It is truly an Iowa value.

- Tom Vilsack, former Governor of Iowa

Helping Small Businesses

Nannette will devote her time to working with the district's Chambers of Commerce, Small Business Development Center, and Southeast Community College by sharing her experiences as a successful small business owner and working in the Senate to help anyone start their own business, as well as being a mentor in the district to anyone seeking advice.

Vocational Training

Nannette understands firsthand the importance of skilled trades, especially in the automotive industry. As Senator, she will work with local schools and school boards to have the resources they need and encourage students to consider a skilled trade as a career so they see that Southeast Iowa is a great place to live and work.

Union Strong

Nannette knows a strong union provides workers better pay, benefits, and working conditions and will advocate for working people in the Iowa Senate. She aims to create an environment that attracts workers to stay in Southeast Iowa. She will meet with the local union leaders to help achieve a more robust workforce.
